Dr. George Mireas MD, PhD

ENT SURGEON

Dr. George Mireas is the Founder and Head of the EMI surgical team, while he is also the founder of “TheDoctors” Medical Network.

Born and raised in Athens.
He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1995 and completed his specialization in ENT in 2005, havingserved a 2-year term in the 251 General Hospital and a 3 years in the Corgialenion – Benakion Hospital (Athens Red Cross).

He graduated from the Centre for Aviation Medicine, and holds several degrees and certifications such as: ATLS (advanced trauma life support), PHTLS (prehospital trauma life support), VKARPA & PKARPA.

He is a consultant of the ENT clinic at the 251 Air Force General Hospital since 2005.

Dr Mireas' practice is characterized by the constant quest for progress and improvement in all matters related to his work. It should be emphasized that Dr Mireas is a real innovator; he is the first to employ the three-dimensional simulation system Vectra 3D imaging system (since 2009) and establish the «Endotracheal tube with trachea protection» as a patented product in 2005.

Dr. Mireas performs numerous surgeries annually; he specializes in aesthetic and functional face surgery, and performs a wide range of other surgeries, including head, neck and otolaryngology surgeries.

His work is routinely presented in World, European or National conferences; He has published in numerous prestigious Greek and international medical journals.

He is a member of many medical societies, both Greek and international, specializing in facial cosmetic surgery, head, neck and otorhinolaryngology surgeries.
