Phalloplasty

Growth penis is the most popular cosmetic procedure for men. Usually in terms of elongation and penis several times in conjunction with the swell (increase of the circumference).

The operation

The elongation in normal men with normal erectile function is essentially to deploy outwardly, since a large portion of the (particularly in people with plenty suprapubic fat), remains relaxant, buried within the pelvis.

Stages

Result

The length increases by an average of 3.45 cm relaxant (2.1 to 4.5), and 0.65 cm in erection (0.5-1.0). Results from an experience of 10 years showed a median increase in relaxation region 3.15 cm (1.9 to 4.1), and erect 2.47 cm (1.8 to 3.0).

Instructions after surgery

• In cases of increased suprapubic fat is liposuction or additional fat excision
• Antibiotic treatment, mobilized the same day, eve of bandage 3-4 days
• Edema, hematoma,the most important (but extremely rare) complication was the inflammation of the material over time until absorbed (about 3-4 months).
• Pain light
